As certified Green Building Professionals with extensive education and experience in green building, Mindful Designs can provide excellent services in the planning and executing of environmentally and socially responsible construction. From Site-interpretation through a long-term maintenance schedule, we ensure the highest standard of conscious-building.

For situations where the design, and site development plan have already been determined, Mindful Designs can provide a contracting and construction service that will ensure high-quality labor, thorough on-site supervision and dependable budget/finance management.

It takes a special type of contractor and builder to successfully execute extensive remodel and addition work. Beginning with Design and Budgeting, and then moving onto construction and inevitable on-site trouble-shooting, the Mindful Designs Team has the experience to breathe renewed life into existing buildings in the way that only experts can. We call it “home recycling,” and if handled properly it can provide one of the most responsible types of building projects to undertake.
