Organized, forever calm in the face of chaos, and with a cunning ability to determine the critical facts and details behind any challenging situation, he provides the nucleus for our company’s operations. No Mindful job is carried out without his behind-the-scenes involvement, and he often appears on-site for the finishing stages. James Reed
[Profit sharing Employee of Mindful Designs]
It is fair to say that there must be only a very small percentage of people on this planet that can match the skilled hand and super-human production capacity of Jimmy. Day in and day out we are gifted with his humble and gentle persona, which is complemented by his unnaturally talented craftsmanship. Jimmy is the silent leader that allows us to achieve the near impossible on a regular basis.
